Refund Policy
This page outlines how billing adjustments and refund requests are handled.
All payments are final.
All payments made to Nelson Disposal LLC are considered final and non-refundable. By starting service and submitting payment, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
Refund Guidelines
- Payments will not be refunded for unused service, early cancellation, or choosing to discontinue service.
- Residential service includes collection up to the bag limit for the selected service plan. Trash exceeding the plan's bag limit may be left behind unless additional service has been arranged.
- No refunds or partial refunds will be issued because a customer exceeds the bag limit, places out prohibited items, fails to follow service guidelines, or is dissatisfied with the amount of trash included in their selected plan.
- If Nelson Disposal LLC is unable to collect trash due to weather, unsafe conditions, blocked access, or circumstances beyond our control, service will be completed as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for these delays.
- Any billing errors, such as duplicate or incorrect charges, will be corrected and refunded if necessary.
Nelson Disposal LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for violations of it's service policies. Any prepaid amounts remain subject to this Refund Policy.
By using our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they have read and understood the Refund Policy of Nelson Disposal LLC.
