Pickup Policy
Please follow these service guidelines so pickup can be completed safely and on schedule.
Service Guidelines
- We ask to set bags out the night before.
- All trash must be in bags. We don't take loose waste.
- Heavy bags will be left behind if we can't lift them.
- We do take cardboard, if you have big boxes or lots of cardboard please call ahead of time.
- No contractor bags, tires, or hazardous materials will be collected.
- Please keep pickup areas clear of vehicles, animals, and obstacles.
Pickup & Billing Guidelines
- Weekly pickup on your scheduled day.
- Billing and pickup day info will be sent after payment.
- Payments are due on the date specified on invoice. Late fees may apply.
- SMS notifications are sent for bill reminders and pickup updates.
