Trash Pickup Policy
Please follow these guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient waste collection.
Bag Limit & Types
We collect a limited number of bags per household, depending on your plan:

Premium Garbage Service | 16 Bags | 10 Bags |
Important: We only collect bagged waste. No loose waste, furniture, appliances, or hazardous materials will be picked up.
Bag Condition
All bags must be intact and free of rips or tears. If a bag is heavily damaged, we will not pick it up. Ensure all waste is secured properly before placing it out for collection.
Refuse & Loose Waste
We do not collect waste placed in cans or containers. All waste must be bagged before pickup.
Schedule & Collection
Pickup is scheduled from Monday to Thursday, depending on your assigned area. Please place bags out for collection by 5:00 AM CST.
Additional Services
If you need extra trash pickup beyond your plan’s limit, contact us at (270) 899-1995 to arrange additional services or discuss extra fees.
Refunds & Cancellations
We do offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You must be in good standing with Nelson Disposal (no unpaid balances or policy violations).
- The refunded amount will be the remaining balance of your service period minus a 4% processing fee.
